🔹 We didn’t just cross the Polar Circle — we spent three full days below it! We reached Marguerite Bay, and one traveler even got a tattoo to commemorate this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
🔹 In November, a flotilla of our Zodiacs explored Deception Island’s caldera, which is a very rare experience!
🔹 For the first time ever, we reached Coronation Island — a true milestone in our exploration history!
🔹 We celebrated Christmas and New Year aboard the Sea Spirit, making the holiday season even more magical!
🔹 And… we even had a wedding aboard! Love truly knows no bounds!
We had an incredible experience with Poseidon Expeditions from start to finish. We loved our cabin with a balcony, the staff were attentive, food was varied, plentiful and great, and the expedition guides were fabulous. Our expedition was to cross the Antarctic Circle. We achieved that and sailed even further south, the furthest south that Sea Spirit had ever ventured thanks to our captain and the bridge team. The scenery and wildlife was breathtaking.
