Secret Atlas Launches “Fly and Cruise” Itinerary to Greenland

Secret Atlas has launched a 14-day “Fly and Cruise” adventure to Greenland’s eastern coast and Northeast regions. Designed for intimate groups of 12, the “Northeast Greenland National Park Micro Cruise” explores Greenland, home to the most extensive fjord system and national park on the planet. The two-week “Fly and Cruise” program from August 27 to September 9, 2025, offers travelers the opportunity to explore two regions in a single voyage, both known for abundant Arctic wildlife—including polar bears, musk oxen, various species of whales, narwhal and a plethora of seabirds—as well as a rich Greenlandic and Inuit cultural heritage and history.

Travelers will explore these regions aboard the Secret Atlas expedition vessel, Freya, which has multiple viewing decks and can accommodate up to 12 people in nine cabins. This intimate and educational voyage is led by some of the industry’s top polar expedition leaders and guides. Guests can gain a deeper appreciation for the Arctic while learning about the importance of protecting its fragile ecosystems and wildlife.

On this micro-cruise to East Greenland, each day is filled with adventures and breathtaking sights. Guests will sail in the Scoresbysund fjord system, the largest on the planet, as well as discover the Northeast Greenland National Park. They will also gain insight into the unique ways of life of Greenlanders, and delve into the history and ancient Inuit culture during a visit to the remote settlement of Ittoqqortoormiit and the land of the Thule.

Rates include a charter flight from Keflavik Airport in Reykjavik, Iceland, to Constable Point in Scoresbysund, Greenland, overnight hotel stay and dinner on return to Iceland, meet-and-greet service at Keflavik, plus additional luggage on the charter flight.

Secret Atlas operates an exclusive micro-cruise collection, including both private charters and scheduled departures, from April to September. The polar voyages to the Arctic, Antarctica and South Georgia range from this “Fly & Cruise” to “Greenland Northern Lights Photo Tours,” besides other photo tours led by renowned photographers, and more.
