With a heritage from and childhood spent in the Torres Strait, Brian’s artwork is heavily influenced by the mythology and motifs of his traditional culture. He has extensive experience both as a curator and artist, and his carvings and sculpture have been widely collected internationally. Aboard this expedition, Brian will conduct an onboard art workshop, where all attendees can create their own piece of Torres Straight inspired artwork.
