September 17, 2016

Good on our Iconic Great American Waterways Cruise
Departing the week of Memorial Day 2017.
Book by November 4th.
It’s been 241 years since America declared the beginning of our nation.  In 2017, we honor all of our servicemen and women who want to travel with Blount and explore our country’s greatest rivers, lakes and canals.
Our May 31st cruise sails from Rhode Island to Chicago.  Four stunning Great Lakes and the historic Erie Canal merge to create one amazing adventure. This journey will capture the imagination, leaving travelers lost in the peacefulness of this beautiful escape and its ever-changing panoramas. The massive Great Lakes, collectively considered the largest body of fresh water on Earth, were carved by retreating ice sheets and filled with the meltwater from ancient glaciers. The indigo-blue waters of the Lakes are cloaked by forest-green pines, with classic lighthouses dotting the rocky cliffs. This cruise stretches across Lakes Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario; from the classic ports of New England to vibrant Chicago.
All Veterans will receive a $241 credit toward shore excursions.*  Book by November 4th and mention code: Z209
Experience Niagara Falls on the Maid of the Mist.
Visit the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.
Tour the famous West Point Academy
Honor Your Clients with a Memorial Day week Special for Veterans
There’s something special about a Blount Adventure.  Your clients will always be with less than 83 passengers, in a comfortable cabin and eating delicious, locally inspired cuisine. No crowded ports, no lines and no manufactured experiences.  With 24/7 access on and off the ship in port, it’s great to be able to walk off and explore Chicago, Cleveland or even Mackinac Island.  They’ll feel like they’re cruising on their friend’s yacht.
